Job Description
We are looking for a Social Campaign Management Hero to support us in our work for our lead generation campaigns on social media channels. We usually provide you with a landing page and campaign objectives upon you will then create compelling campaign setups for Facebook and Instagram and sometimes LinkedIn, Snapchat or Twitter.
You research, advise on and create target audiences and test out different scenarios against each other in a systematic way. You understand the importance of details while at the same time know what prio 1 vs prio 10. You will be supported by a team of heroes including a graphic designer but you can also operate as a “one-man” show if required.
Your reports are compelling, communicate success, action points and develop trust in our abilities to run top-notch social ppc campaigns in English and Arabic alike. We usually have new campaigns being launched on a weekly basis.
We are after team-oriented mindset that can combine analysis with creativity.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Facebook/Instagram Campaign/SnapChat
- Management (PPC)
- Experience in campaign strategy & analysis
- Strong understanding of technical requirements of social media ads
- Track record in performance campaigns
- Eye for strong, conversion driving visuals and ad copy
- Experience in English & Arabic campaigns
- Experience in Lead Generation campaigns a plus
- Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written)
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Team Player
- “Hero Attitude” & strong work ethics
- Willingness to challenge yourself and improve again and again
- Facebook Certification a plus
